Loan Example:
If the loan amount is Tzs 10,000 and the term is 12 months, the total interest rate is 12%.
Total interest for 12 months: 10000 x 12% = 1200
Monthly interest cost: 1200/12 = 100
Total payment: 10000 + 1200 = 11,200
Monthly payment amount: (10000+1200)/12 = 933 Tzs
